Agglomerates (or "engineered stone") are produced industrially in large slabs of maximum size 118” x 48”, with a thickness of ¼” and a weight of 2.87 lbs/sqf. Our colors are characterized by their brightness, achieved through the use of post-consumer and
pre-consumer recycled glass, together with a minimal amount of colored polyester resin (ratio 90 to 10).
The production process involves mixing granules of various types and sizes, such as quartz, granite or glass, with polyester resin and pigments for coloring. The sheet is then cut into standard formats, beveled and tested for quality control, with special sizes on request. It comes in many tile sizes and slab.
